Donation FAQ
How will my donation be used?
Gifts support Creek Foundation’s charitable work, including education, family resources, opportunity, and community relief. Online gifts are general support; a program link does not restrict your gift. Contact us before donating if you wish to discuss a restriction.
How do I get a receipt?
After a completed payment, the confirmation page shows verified payment details and a Stripe receipt link when available. If you need help with a receipt, email info@creekfoundation.org with the date and amount. Do not email card details.
Can I give monthly?
Online checkout currently accepts one-time donations. Contact info@creekfoundation.org to discuss ongoing support. No recurring charge is created by this form.
Can I request a refund?
If you made a mistake or have a payment concern, contact info@creekfoundation.org or 720-400-8000 promptly with the donation date and amount. We will review your request; a refund is not automatic.
How is my information handled?
Stripe processes payment details. Creek Foundation uses your contact information to acknowledge your gift and respond to questions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
